Both of these version are from the same source (Same Taper, & Same Taping Equipment), this previous version is from the Liberated Bootleg “Bless My Soul”, where this one is from the Liberated Bootleg “Lost Beck Tapes, Volume 3 – Boston Tea Party 1969”.
This is not a RESEED, but is a newly prepared 2013 offer.
