Cardinal Fuzz has been allowed to delve into The Heads archives of mini disc and beaten up cassette tapes to select a small selection of brain crushing jams.
Disc One features 3 mind warping K.R.T. jams (and please note none of these versions featured on the vinyl) Overkill you betcha – 33 mins of K.R.T. here and still it leaves you wanting more. All disc one is sourced from Mini Disc and so features cleaner recordings of the band with none of the remaining 42 minutes featuring tracks ever heard before.
Disc 2 is sourced from cassette tapes and if hiss bothers you, then this here disc is not for you, as this disc features lotsa tape hiss…but if you think tape hiss only adds to it, then you my friends are in for a treat as you are dropped straight into the middle of a Heads rehearsal from November 06. Playing simply for the joy that playing loud in a rehearsal room gives you, as over the course of the first 45 minutes you get thee full sonic force as The Heads take of for the stratosphere and never come back. All tracks on CD2 are unheard Jams.
