Description / Review:

————————

Weirdo Records wrote:

Two couples from a small town in southeastern France. The boys bought an EMS synth & an 808 drum machine to play on, and the girls cut out designs and paper clothes. They managed two cassettes and 3 shows before 3 of the members moved on, while one fella named Serge just kept on living in their crash pad for the following 30 odd years. Minimal on the surface because the vocals are restrained, but the way the crackling, sliding synths and electric stings intersect isn’t simple at all, and there are lots of stuttering, popping layers and odd-time punctuations. A real find even if you’re not normally a fan of synthy new wave.
