This is a rare Japanese compilation of Japanese and British bands in the Sarah Records tradition… indie rock, indie pop, a bit of twee, a bit of shoegaze — for a long time this was the only place to find the Secret Shine track “Take Me Slowly”. Bands include Secret Shine, Pure, b-flower, Razorblades Smile, White Come Come, The Penelopes, Nelories, and The Sedgwicks.
In April, 1992, the bands B-Flower, Nelories, White Come Come, The Penelopes, and Pure did a 4-date tour in Japan in support of the album.
NOTE: This will be freeleech when it gets added to this month’s Baldy’s Sweetness.
