According to http://setlists.pattismithlogbook.info/ this was recorded at the Rainbow Theatre, London, UK, on 4 April 1978. However, as Patti played a very similar set each night at the Rainbow, it is difficult to decide if that is accurate. The bootleg LP did not give the date on the cover. Track 8 is the John Lennon song, It’s So Hard. The attached photo is from the Rainbow, possibly 4 April 1978.
This is a very rare recording – I sold this double LP on eBay a few years ago for £135 (I paid £8 for it in 1979)
