Comment(knopflerlive.com):

Great show, great quality (probabyl from MiniDisc or DAT digital recorder).

Very good versions of Planet of the New Orleans, I Think I Love You Too Much (a bit different than that played in Knewborth ’90 – new bridge added), Setting Me Up (great solos!) and Tunnel of Love

Comment Jean-Sébastien Brasme:

From the bootleg “Strait To The Point”, this concert is from the first venue of the ‘On Every Street Tour’.

The sound is great for an audience recording

it includes some rares songs :

-Setting Me Up,

-Why Worry,

-I Think I Love You Too Much (great solo)

a different version of Heavy Fuel.

Last track on CD2 “Tunnel of Love” is from 27.08.1991 (same venue).

Additional comments(OEB):

One of the first concerts (fourth) of the On every street world tour in Dublin 1991.

Taken from the original silver pressed bootleg “Strait to the point”.

Interesting because of the rarely performed songs like:

-I think I love you too much,

-Setting me up

-Why worry.

Very good sound quality,

complete show including one bonus track ( tunnel of love) from the day after this concert.

Comments(fom Geetarz): “IMHO this one have the best version of Planet of New Orleans and,

I like the very sweet end of the show with people singing along Why Worry.” (JYB).

ENLIGHT NOTE:

One of my first purchased bootleg CD from underneath the shopcounter!

spontaneously felt in love with this show.

-STUnNING version of “Planet of New Orleans”!!

-Great guitar licks and solo during “I think I love you too much”

-very nice version of “Setting me up”

-sweet audience sing a long during “Your latest trick” and “Why worry”

Funny momment when Mark speaks to the audience before the song “on every street”:…”This one is the title track from the new album……. you wanna hear the the old stuff Dub??…( audince responce:…”yeah..”)..well this was a mixure…yes or no..we gonna do both….we’ll do both….well everything must change my friend..everything must change….( mark bit of laughter)…MINE HERO I HOPE THAT DUBLIN CHANGE TOO MUCH..” (audience laughter)
