Bonnie and Clyde: The Times They’ve Sung
What a great combination! Jackson Browne and Bonnie Raitt have been performing together since 1970, and the love and respect they feel for each other is always reflected in their live performances. It’s hard to imagine any two artists enjoying each other and having more fun together on stage.
Their many collaborations almost always draw on a core of about a dozen songs, all of which are included here along with another half dozen or so Jackson and Bonnie have only been recorded performing together the single time that is part of this compilation.
This is an update of a compilation I put together nearly 10 years ago and traded with a few friends. To my knowledge no one has ever offered it anywhere as a bit torrent before. One song (inapproprate for DIME) has been removed from that original set and 2 others have been added. A few transitions between songs have been improved.
Overall sound quality is excellent. There are a handful of nearly unnoticeable skips during a few seconds of “Take It Easy” and the recording of “Somebody’s Baby” could be a little less “muddy.”

*CD Wave Editor was used to edit length of tracks. Audacity was used to fade some tracks in or out as well as to amplify some of them. It was also used to equalize the sound on “Somebody’s Baby.”
