THE SOUL VIBRATIONS OF MAN VOLUME VII (Saturn, 1978)

1. Sometimes The Universe Speaks

2. Pleiades

3. Third Heaven

4. Where There Is No Sun

5. Halloween In Harlem

6. The Shadow World

Nice live set by Sun Ra, rare till it was re-issued this year on vinyl (2011) though the rip is of the original issue. Big band performance, recorded live; November ’77. The cover reads ‘The Soul Vibrations Of Man’, the labels read ‘The Soul Vibrations Of Man Part I Volume VII’ and ‘The Soul Vibrations Of Man Part II Volume VII’, which I presume is just Ra being confusing for its own sake. No other volumes issued.
