This release is dedicated by Memory Records to the wonderful Rick Rennie who died in 2004 and who recorded this concert and many others. Track 23 is a recording of conversations with Rick after the show as he makes his way back to his car.
Great concert in good sound. Elvis is upbeat. Notable for Elvis breaking up during the four false starts before Bridge Over Troubled water and some uncharacteristically dreadful guitar from James Burton towards the end of You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling.
Sound upgrade of Storm Over Portland (according to the Memory blurb anyway).
Comment From Elvis On CD
A fantastic show with no weak spot ! Highly recommendable ! Fantastic bonus songs. (Ciscoking)
