The Raspberries (Eric Carmen, etc.) – 1968 through 1974 (SBD – from Liberated Bootleg “Go All The Way”; Tendolar label – 57 Minutes Long)
Contrast Clause: Previously a version of this show was offered at: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=341255 & 392597
The previous versions are of different length, & this one is from a different Liberated Bootleg.
Contrast Clause: A previous offer of the 1974 DKRC portion was presented at: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=392695 & 392712
The previous versions are unique in themselves, & this one is partial & from a different Liberated Bootleg.
This recording comes from a 2005 download (thanks to whoever originally offered it, THX!!!), but these are not those original files.
We’re all looking for upgrades, alternate sources, & uncirculated Raspberries shows.
If you have any of those, please share or get them to someone that can do so.
Enjoy!!

ORIGINAL Notes:
a – The live 1975 material here is from a SBD, but it sounds like the tape had degraded a little before someone got around to transferring it. The volume goes up and down a bit, and the tops fade in and out, leaving some parts sounding quite bassy….not the greatest sound, but hey, it’s the goddamn Raspberries, and there ain’t that much of their material around!
b – I have a better sounding show from Panama City, FL in ’75, but it’s mp3 sourced…if anyone has a lossless copy of that show, please share it!
c – As a bonus, there’s an unreleased track from Wally Bryson & Jim Bonfanti’s pre-Raspberries band, the Choir. I removed the track “Talent For Lovin'” by Scott McCarl’s band Yellow Hair, as it had been officially released, and rearranged the tracks slightly, so the order on the artwork won’t match exactly.
d – Thirty years after they split, The Raspberries have just completed a run of reunion shows, with more to come. Word is they’re sounding better than ever! In honor of their reunion, wrap your ears around this!
