The first single from forthcoming aptly titled album “More Adventures,” Rilo Kiley brings us “Portions For Foxes” and plentiful pop hooks, a far cry from previous album “The Execution Of All Things” country twangs. Blake Sennet’s charged guitar playing, Jenny Lewis’s convincing vocals and some wry lyricism, ” Portions For Foxes” brings us edgy new wave, and couldn’t be a better introduction to the band’s new material.
