The CD is "produced by EMI Toshiba 2008", but I didn´t find any official infos about it. So I think it´s an fake by the bootleggers.
I bought that one from a spanish eBay user together with 20
other Stray Cats bootleg DVDs & CDs.Shipping costs were 130 Euro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
